Sold as PRE-OWNED, not new.  However, my opinion regarding the actual condition of the shirt is that it looks & feels to be in never worn / never laundered condition.  I just can't say that with 100% certainty.  Reiterating - you are purchasing pre-owned, not new.  Decide accordingly.

Armpit to Armpit - 23" / Top of Shoulder to Waist - 28.5
100% cotton.  Machine wash cold.
Honest seller with items from a clean, smoke-free home.  Any flaws that I notice will be noted in the item description and in pictures, where possible.  I do my best to describe anything I think is noteworthy for you to make an informed buying decision.  However, I am human, and there may be something I have overlooked.
